Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Caribbean Grill™! Your satisfaction is truly our pleasure. The following Refund Policy applies to all phone, app, in person, and third party delivery retail orders. If you have additional questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us here or give us a call at our restaurant location at (217)960-JERK.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your order, or your order is in some way contaminated, or items are incorrect/missing from your order, please contact us right away so that we might have an opportunity to further investigate and offer an acceptable solution.
We may offer to refund, replace, or provide store credit in the form of a gift card for the value of any items that are unsatisfactory, contaminated, incorrect, or missing from your order.
To receive a refund your order must be returned to our restaurant location, uneaten, and in its original packaging. If you are unable to return your order to our restaurant location, a refund cannot be issued. Instead, we may offer a store credit in the form of a gift card for the value of any items that are incorrect or missing from your order.
We cannot provide refunds, discounts, or store credit for omitted complimentary items such as disposable utensils, napkins, etc.
All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment. Cash payments cannot receive credit/debit or gift card refunds. Credit/debit or gift card payments cannot receive cash refunds. For credit/debit card refunds, availability of funds will depend on your banking institution and may take up to 3-5 business days to fully process.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please notify us right away. Once your order has been confirmed and prepared, we cannot offer a refund if you change your mind, are unable to pickup, or otherwise wish to cancel your order.
